How to Return a Product

Contact us at info@carthazir.com along with relevant information including Tracking ID, Photos of product etc.

Pack your Cart Hazir parcel securely, with the product in its original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you.

We will get back to you as soon as possible except delays due to force majeure.

The refund time starts once the quality check is completed. For Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases, refund may take around 3 to 5 working days from the time the quality check is completed except delays due to force majeure.
